· Designed and executed end-to-end mixed-methods UX research projects with Meta Reality Labs cross-functional partners to unblock decision points in VR technology innovation and prepared final reports for the Metaverse Hardware UXR Horizon team that powers a VR line of devices.
· Drove strategic road mapping, study design, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and dissemination for the foundational hardware usability and new user experience (NUX) workstream of a high-priority concept VR prototype.

· Led scientific discovery by conducting a 7-year community participatory research study engaging stakeholders from non-profit organizations and seven resettled refugee communities, including tasks such as:
o Conducted qualitative research using stakeholder interviews and focus groups to steer the design and implementation of a large-scale mixed-methods home visit study with refugees (N=180), enabled by a technology-equipped data collection van and tablet technology.
o Responsible for study design, project management, neurocognitive testing, survey facilitation, interview and focus group facilitation, data management, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and managing teams of bilingual interpreters, data collectors, and qualitative coders.
o Led all data dissemination efforts in the form of report writing and presentations to internal stakeholders and scientific and lay audiences.
o Achievements include acquiring 11 highly competitive grant mechanisms, including a National Institutes of Health predoctoral fellowship for national recognition of achievement in innovative research.
· Assisted with a five-year longitudinal research study examining parents and children (N=1000) with chronic traumatic stress exposure, including tasks such as:
o Responsible for A/B testing, neurocognitive testing, and data collection using biosensor hardware, tablet technology, and audio computer-assisted self-interview software (ACASI).
o Managed a large team of coders to complete video-enabled behavioral coding data analysis.
o Led quantitative analysis and data dissemination through report writing and presentations to scientific audiences.

· Led a user-centered qualitative study (N=50) with key stakeholders in Cape Town, South Africa, focused on the accessibility of telehealth-delivered caregiver coaching intervention for autistic children. Responsible for study design, project coordination, interview and focus group facilitation, data management, data analysis, data dissemination, and managing a bilingual analytic coding team.
